Submit your preferred date and time plus an alternate, with no payment due now. Our coordinator checks availability, travel, scope, and your final quote. After you accept the quote, pay a 25% deposit of the agreed cleaning price after discounts. We then send your final appointment confirmation and arrival window. The balance is due before service begins.
Before you submit
All times are Pacific. Two-hour minimum per cleaner. Requests under 24 hours carry a separate $30 short-notice fee if accepted. Mention the Thanksgiving offer in your notes; we apply eligible discounts to your quote before payment.
If Top Down cannot fulfill your confirmed appointment, your deposit is refunded. Customer cancellation terms apply after confirmation.
