Yes. Standard Cleaning is $60 per cleaner-hour and Deep Cleaning is $75 per cleaner-hour, each with a two-hour minimum. Both use regular professional work attire and include team-provided non-toxic supplies. Compare duties and request a time estimate.

We review home size, bathrooms, duties, condition, and pets to estimate cleaner-hours. You approve the time and budget before scheduling; we ask before exceeding it. You may be home or away with an agreed entry and lock-up plan. Share access codes directly with our team after scheduling, not in an estimate request.

Yes. Top Down Cleaning is bonded and insured for authorized services arranged through us, subject to the actual bond and insurance terms, limits, and exclusions. Private arrangements made directly with a cleaner are not Top Down appointments and do not carry our service protections. Read our booking protection policy.

Our target launch areas are Stanislaus and San Joaquin counties, plus select South Bay and East Bay locations. Contact us to confirm current availability for your address. Nationwide expansion is part of our longer-term plan.

Please book at least 24 hours ahead. For requests less than 24 hours before service, contact our coordinator: availability and cleaner acceptance must be confirmed, and a separate $30 short-notice fee applies per appointment.

We operate with a one-hour arrival window, such as 9–10 a.m. You’ll receive a notification when your provider is on the way.

Submit your preferred date and time plus an alternate, with no payment due now. Our coordinator checks availability, travel, scope, and your final quote. After you accept the quote, pay a 25% deposit of the agreed cleaning price after discounts. We then send your final appointment confirmation and arrival window. The balance is due before service begins. Your requested time is not reserved until availability is confirmed and your deposit is received.

Ask about extra time, costume theme changes, or other add-ons. Any extra not already agreed and paid must be paid in full before the extra time or work begins. Online prices assume standard home conditions; any additional time or deep cleaning needed on arrival must be paid for before proceeding.

After confirmation, the deposit is non-refundable for customer cancellations; changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment forfeit the deposit. Contact us as early as possible about any change. If Top Down cannot fulfill the appointment, your deposit is refunded.

Please make sure your provider can enter at arrival. If the property is inaccessible, the remaining balance is not paid, or boundary policies are not respected and service cannot begin, your deposit is forfeited.

Absolutely—that’s part of the playful experience. The service is look-only by default. Do not initiate physical contact; it is permitted only if specifically and expressly invited by your cleaner. Always respect their personal space and comfort. Behavior that makes a cleaner feel unsafe or uncomfortable ends the session immediately without a refund.

We clean interior spaces only. Outdoor areas, patios, decks, and exterior windows are excluded. Providers do not handle severe biohazards, including waste, blood, or severe mold; lift more than 25 pounds; or climb above a two-step stool. Describe your priorities when booking so we can clarify the scope.

Yes, whenever the task, surface, or product requires it. Safety footwear, gloves, eye protection, and other required protective gear stay on. Clients may not ask providers to remove required safety equipment.

No. Our team brings the non-toxic cleaning supplies used for your appointment. Please tell us about any special surfaces or product preferences beforehand.

We select cleaning products with household and pet safety in mind and follow label directions. Let us know about your pets, allergies, or sensitivities before your visit so we can discuss any precautions for your home.

You can share your preferences in the booking form. Cleaners are assigned based on availability and their ability to meet your service needs. We do our best to accommodate requests, but a particular cleaner or look is not guaranteed.
