Scope depends on your home and agreed priorities. Deep cleaning is billed at its own hourly rate; it is not a fixed-price whole-home package.
We estimate cleaner-hours from your home’s size, bathroom count, requested duties, and condition. You approve the expected time and spending limit before scheduling. The final charge reflects actual cleaner-hours worked, subject to the two-hour minimum.
One cleaner for three hours is three cleaner-hours. Two cleaners for two hours is four cleaner-hours. We confirm the team size and estimate with you first.
Standard visits start at $120; deep cleaning starts at $150. These minimums cover two cleaner-hours.
We ask before exceeding the agreed hours or budget. If more work is needed, choose your priorities or approve additional time.
Our team brings non-toxic cleaning supplies selected with pets and households in mind, and uses them as directed. Tell us about sensitivities and special surfaces.
You can be home with family or arrange cleaning while at work or out of town. Before the visit, agree on entry, pets, areas to clean, and how the property should be secured afterward.
Arrange any key, lockbox, or access-code exchange directly with our team after scheduling. Do not include entry codes in an estimate request.
Inside ovens or refrigerators, interior windows, and other special tasks require a separate time allowance and must be agreed in advance. Move-out work is reviewed separately.
Interior cleaning only. No severe biohazards, severe mold, lifting over 25 pounds, or climbing above a two-step stool. Heavy clutter and delicate or damaged surfaces may limit what can be completed.
